You get wet, turn the water off, lather up, then turn the water back on to rinse off saving gallons of water. You also have the added bonus of not having to readjust the hot and cold-water knobs. When you turn the water back on it’s at the exact temperature you set it at.

When looking for showerheads the two biggest features that will save you water are an aerator and a water cutoff. By incorporating these two features you can save hundreds of gallons a month and cut down your water bill.
